I don’t have the exact date for publication of the 4th edition of General Liability Insurance Coverage – Key Issues in Every State. But it is really soon. Really really soon. Thisclose. I’m hoping for late February.

The new edition adds descriptions of over 900 new cases – virtually all of them from 2014 and later! It’s unreal how much new material was added. Welcome to liability insurance coverage. New decisions are issued daily!

I am very pleased with how the new cover looks. After red, blue and green, for editions one, two and three, it was a choice between yellow and purple. My daughter pushed for purple. So it’ll be purple. Plus it will be a good reminder of the Eagles big win over the Vikings in the NFC Championship Game.

On account of all these new cases Insurance Key Issues in now in two volumes. I know. I’m not thrilled either. It was just not feasible to do it any other way.
