Judge Frank Caprio and his Providence, R.I. traffic court proceedings are an internet sensation.  He has 20 million social media followers and his videos have amassed billions of views. 

Caprio’s appeal is the kindness and compassion that he displays to the defendants before him.  He has rightly been referred to by many as “America’s Nicest Judge.”
