I interviewed retired U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer for the ABA Journal website. I spoke to the former SCOTUS Justice about his new book (published late March) – Reading the Constitution - Why I Chose Pragmatism, not Textualism.
 
In his book, as the title declares, Justice Breyer addresses the competing methods used by Supreme Court Justices for interpretating statutes and the Constitution and why he favors one over another.
 
Needless to say, it was a unique experience to interview a Supreme Court Justice.
