Welcome to Coverage Opinions

Coverage Opinions is the free, monthly electronic insurance coverage newsletter that reports and provides commentary on just-released decisions that concern numerous issues under commercial general liability and professional liability insurance policies. A careful selection process ensures that only decisions that address coverage issues of broad interest are featured. Unlike some publications that simply regurgitate what the court said, Coverage Opinions tells you what it means. And the "Coverage Opinions Interview" makes this a truly unique legal newsletter.

Coverage Opinions began publication in October 2012 and has over 21,000 subscribers. Coverage Opinions has been the subject of stories in The Philadelphia Inquirer and referenced in The Wall Street Journal, Boston Globe, ABA Journal, Above the Law and Law360. It has been made a part of course materials at Duke Law School.
